Unique project of a luxury residential complex directly on the seafront, next to a beautiful sandy beach in the Zadar area!

The complex consists of 24 luxury villas with pools of various typologies: the best and largest villas are located by the beach, smaller villas form the second row to the sea and along the edge, and smaller connected buildings are located in the center. According to the project, 24 buildings with a total of 58 residential units will be constructed. The land is owned by a Croatian company, all projects are completed, and all building permits have been issued for all 24 buildings, as well as for the road within the complex.

The maximum gross floor area that can be built is 9,700 m². The maximum net floor area is 7,230 m².

Archaeological research was conducted because between the land and the sea there are remains of a Roman villa from the 1st century, so the research was mandatory. Nothing was found that could prevent construction.

Additionally, a building permit has been issued for an electrical substation, and there is an agreement with HEP (Croatian Electric Company) for the construction of that substation. The utility contribution has been paid (fee for issuing the building permit). Construction work can begin immediately.
