According to the project, 24 buildings with a total of 58 residential units will be constructed. The land is owned by a Croatian company, all projects are completed, and building permits have been issued for all 24 buildings, as well as for the internal road within the complex.

The maximum gross area that can be built is 9,700 m². The maximum net area is 7,230 m².

Archaeological research has been conducted since there are remains of a Roman villa from the 1st century between the land and the sea, and the research was mandatory. Nothing was found that would prevent construction.

Additionally, a building permit for an electrical transformer station has been issued, and there is an agreement with HEP (Croatian Electricity Company) for the construction of the transformer station. The communal contribution has been paid (fee for the building permit). Construction works can begin immediately.
