This is a family winery project with a tasting room, ideal for further vine cultivation, processing, and sale of premium grape varieties from the recognized locality into wine with limited quantities, marketed through its own bottling facility or directly through the wine tasting room.
The project consists of two parcels, one measuring 7,000 m2 and the other extending to as much as 10,000 m2. The parcels are planted with grapevines of domestic varieties such as Kuć, Bogdanuša, Pošip, Merlot, Plavac.
Approximately 9,200 vines have been planted in several phases with a physical distance of about 800 meters.
Within the vineyard, there is a legalized building of 36 m2 - an apartment connected to water and electricity networks.
On the building part of the land, which covers approximately 1,500 m2, there is a family house of 112 m2 with a beautiful yard, a cellar for grape processing and wine storage, and technical rooms. On the first floor, there is a wine cellar with production tanks and barrels for wine storage. The second floor houses the arranged residential part.
There is a possibility to add another floor and an attic.

Access to the house is enabled from two sides.
There is parking for 10 vehicles.
