The size of the building depends on the local urban planning office, but generally, buildings can be constructed for processing the cultivated crops, tasting facilities, living spaces for workers, and even tourist facilities as part of agro-tourism. Typically, a building of 400 m2 on the ground floor and up to 1,000 m2 in the basement can be constructed.
