Due to position and history, it is included in the register of UNESCO World Heritage.
The hotel is positioned opposite the old town of Trogir.
Hotel consists of a ground floor, and second floor, terrace on the back, and house behind the hotel with permission to build an extension in the attic.
On the ground floor there is a pub which is currently rented for 7 years.
