The hotel is located in the middle of the attractive coast of the Kaštela Bay, in the town of Kaštel Stari, in the populated part of the city of Kaštela, only 20 km from Split and 5 km from Split Airport.

The hotel is situated in the middle of a beautiful park full of Mediterranean trees, which is connected to the public road by an alley of cypresses.

The total area of the complex is 36,425 m2 and requires adequate reconstruction to restore its former glory.

The main hotel building has an area of 3,690 m2 with a current capacity of 210 units.
The spatial urban plan allows for the expansion of the building, and the potential accommodation capacity is 410 units.

On the southern side, the hotel is connected to the Kaštela Riviera by a 6 km long promenade with beautiful coves and beaches sheltered by the shade of pines and tamarisks.
Throughout history, the hotel has been upgraded several times, valuing previous construction phases, and is one of the most successful examples of tourist architecture of that time on the Croatian coast.
In 2006, the entire complex was registered in the Register of Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Croatia.
