The main building of the hotel has an area of ​​3690 m2 with a current capacity of 210 units.
The spatial urban plan allows for the expansion of the building, and the potential accommodation capacity is 410 units.

On the south side, the hotel is connected to the Kaštela Riviera by a 6 km long promenade with beautiful coves and beaches shaded by pine and tamarisk trees.
Throughout history, the hotel has been upgraded several times, in which the previous phases of construction were evaluated, and it is one of the most successful examples of tourist architecture of that time on the Croatian coast.
In 2006, the entire complex was registered in the register of cultural assets of the Republic of Croatia.
