Attractive land by the coast, first row (10 m) from the sea.
The Dubrovačka River is a very attractive location with kilometer-long promenades along the coast from the bridge to the "Miho Pracat" marina in Komolac. Dubrovnik is preparing to turn Na Moru street in front of this land along the coast into a promenade and to decorate it superbly.
Car traffic in the street is extremely weak and it is used only by the owners of houses along the coast. The main traffic takes place on the main Adriatic road approx. 150 m north of this location.
The plots are in the area of ​​built-up construction land where construction is permitted.
All three together form a large beautiful plot of land for the construction of a spacious villa with a maximum built-up area of ​​more than 1000 m2 and a large swimming pool and garage.
The future owner can also divide the land into 2 construction sites in a different way, which would enable the construction of 2 villas (larger and smaller).
So, if someone is interested in building two buildings, he is given a real possibility to separate the southern part of the plot, cp. 725 (point) along the entire length with a particle, item no. 695, connect it and thus form the first plot of approx. 530 m2.
